The Onboarding Process

Sign-up & Payment

Step 1: Complete your online sign-up and payment. Once processed, our team is notified and the next steps begin automatically

Health Wallet

Step 2: Create your Health Wallet. Our office will send you a private link to set it up. This secure digital hub stores your health data, tracks progress, hosts your reports, goals, and actions, and gives you 24/7 access to exclusive member content anywhere in the world.

InnerSight Lab Visit

Step 3: Schedule your assessment. Our nurse will contact you to book a 60-minute session, including your blood draw, InBody scan, health metrics, and fitness, mobility, and strength testing. This data is used to create your personalized report and will be securely stored in your Health Wallet.

Feedback Session

Step 4: Feedback session. Once all blood and test results are in, we’ll schedule a 60–90 minute session with your health provider (in person or online) to review your results, identify areas for improvement, and create a personalized action plan. We’ll also schedule any recommended follow-up tests, check-ins, or specialist referrals based on your report.

Optimization & Tracking

Step 5: Follow-up assessment. At 6 months, you’ll have the option to return for repeat InnerSight lab tests, including updated health metrics, an InBody scan, and a fitness assessment to track your progress over time.
